Physical documents are not required for Translation and Notarization of translated copies. Simply email scanned copies or images of your documents for translation and notarization. However, if you require certification or notarization of the original documents by our lawyer, you’ll need to visit our lawyer’s office with the originals

We understand the importance of proprietary information being treated as CONFIDENTIAL. If requested, Speac.co will sign a non-disclosure agreement in order to assure the confidentiality of the document to be translated. All documents are stored in a secure environment and no proprietary information is ever released to any person or entity that is not bound by our non-disclosure agreement.

When translation and the subsequent editing are done, we will immediately send the translated work to your designated contact email address. You may also contact the project manager and find the particular order and download the translation.

We strive for precision in our translations, but we understand that clients may have a deeper understanding of their content. We encourage client feedback and gladly modify translation drafts to meet their accuracy and approval. If these efforts prove insufficient, we provide full or partial refunds based on the completed work’s value

Whether we can cancel a project depends on how far along it is. If you want to cancel, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but if the work has already started or is finished, we might not be able to give you a refund. This is because our translators should be fairly paid for the work they’ve done.

For quotes under S$2,500, we kindly request payment prior to initiating the translation task. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of project.

For Singapore-registered companies, for projects exceeding an invoice value of $2,500, we accept a 50% initial payment. The remaining 50% is due upon successful project completion
